Mumbai, January 17: In a shocking turn of events, the Samajwadi Party has taken back the only one ticket which it had promised to Sharad Pawar's Nationalist Congress Party in the UP Elections 2022.

Earlier this week, the NC president Sharad Pawar, said that his party would contest the state elections in Uttar Pradesh, as part of the Samajwadi Party-led alliance. He also said 13 members of the Legislative Assembly in Uttar Pradesh will be joining the Samajwadi Party.
 
 
He said that NCP will also be contesting the ensuing Assembly elections Goa and Manipur. In Manipur, NCP will have an understanding with the Congress, and in Goa, it is in talks with the Congress and the Trinamool Congress, he added.

NCP will contest five seats in Manipur with Congress, he said.
