Palghar Sadhu Mob Lynching…! We won’t let you forget…!

It was 16th April 2020, when 2 innocent Sadhu in their Bhagve Vastra, were going towards Surat, and when they entered in Palghar, they were lynched by a mob and were beaten to death by stones. On the land of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, this was happening. We still can’t forget the video that went viral, where One sadhu was holding the arm of a police officer, with so much trust in him, and that police officer literally handed him over to the crowd. No justice happened till now. However, a ray of hope came today as DCM Devendra Fadnavis transferred this matter to CBI.

However, Then CM Uddhava Thackeray did not do anything about this incident. In India where people are dying because of mentality like “Sar Tan se Juda” and Incidents like “Paghr Mob Lynching” happening why do all influential people keep mum on such issues? Even if they are silent common people won’t let them forget what had happened to these innocent Sadhus.

These innocent Sadhus were handed over to the bloodthirsty mob, who are claiming that they thought these sadhus were some children kidnappers (Bacchae Chor) and they started attacking them. While these Sadhus tried to seek the protection from Police, what did they do? Broke their trust and handed them over to this mob, who then killed them with the stones in their hands. The helplessness and Fear in these Sadhu’s eyes spoke everything. They were praying and begging for life, what they have got in return? A brutal death?
