When we are habitual of working late at night on our phones or laptops, or we unknowingly scroll our phones till 2 AM, or we binge-watch web series the whole night it affects our melatonin levels badly, which affects our sleep schedule. According to the experts, These should be 0 screen time before at least 2 hours of your bedtime, which means, No phone, laptop, tab, or kindle is allowed. You can read a book, take a long walk, talk to your loved ones or meditate before your bedtime to regulate your sleep schedule.

2. Wrong Meal Timings: If you are having your meals just before you sleep, you are causing huge problems to your health. Not only your sleep but your digestive system and metabolism also suffer due to the same, so as per the experts there should be a gap of at least 2-3 hours between your dinner and sleep timing. You can consume one cup of milk before you sleep.

3. Unhealthy habits and lifestyle: Lifestyle is a combination of What you eat When you sleep, What you watch, and what your habits are. If everything is inlined and according to your health you won’t suffer, however, if you have unhealthy habits like drinking or smoking, or drinking till late at night to sleep, it can majorly affect your sleep cycle. You may feel you are getting good sleep after the drinks, however, it is affecting your hormones badly. So make sure you don’t have such unhealthy habits or lifestyles to have a good night's healthy sleep.
