This is the era of web content. OTT platforms are getting more popular day by day, and even huge, big films are released on OTT instead of big screens. And that’s why our generation is hooked on Web series like Criminal Justice, Maharani, Panchayat, Gullak, and whatnot. In this list, one more web series is added, which is available on Youtube, and that is “Sisters”. A story of two sisters, who started living together, poles apart by nature and attributes, this web series focuses on the bond of sisters. Ahsaas Channa and Namita Dubey are playing the main roles of the two sisters. And this Mini Web Series is streaming on Youtube Channel Gairliyappa.

Sisters is an Indian Hindi language mini-web series that was aired on 21 September 2022 on the Girliyapa digital platform. The plot of the mini-series starts with two sisters Mahi and Antara and their intense love for each other. However, they are poles apart in nature, and Antara is the more organized one, who is extremely disciplined and focused, However, Mahi is a bindhast girl, who is carefree and extroverted. The combination looks amazing on screen and you will surely miss your siblings (Especially if you have an elder or younger sister) while watching this series.
Antara is habitual of living alone, and one day Mahi gives her a surprise. And told her that she will be living with her, Antara is extremely uncomfortable in adding her sister to her space (Physically and mentally too) However, when they start living together, they have a rollercoaster ride of fun and emotions. Till now 3 episodes have been released and viewers are eagerly waiting for the 4th one.
The story is engaging, as usual, it has a girliyappa effect so it reaches Gen Z’s heart. The most loveable character of this web series is Mahi played by Ahsaas Channa. She carried her Bindhast attitude and cuteness together so beautifully. This web series is written by Swasti Jain and Nikita Okhade and directed by Durin Das.
Overall, full entertaining web series which will take you back to your childhood memories at the same time will force you to miss your sister (Literally I am not kidding.) A must-watch for all the siblings out there.
Also can’t wait for episode 4.
