Law and order plummet in TN? Drunken youth creates ruckus at women's college, assaults father of a student

In shocking development which has raised several questions on the current law and order situation in the Tamil Nadu state, a group of drunken boys forcibly entered a women's college in Madurai City and harassed some students. 
 
The incident took place in Sri Meenakshi Government Arts College. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media platforms.

The video shows several youths on two-wheelers bragging through the gates of  College, which comes under the Tallakulam Police station limit. They gesticulated wildly and tried to shoo off the women students. They were reportedly shouting obscene words.
 
 
They also assaulted the father of one student who tried to stop them and questioned the youth about their behavior. In a video, a youth could be seen attacking an elderly man in the head with his helmet.'
 
After the supervisor of the college filed a complaint with Tallakulam police, police arrested 6 youths relating to the incident. The youth has been identified as M Surya and S Muthunavesh from the Sivaganga district, M Arun Pandian, M Manikandan, M Sethupandi, B Manikandan, A William Francis and S Vimaljoy Patrick from Madurai. The police also seized the two-wheelers used by the youths during the incident
