Mumbai, March 16: Mumbai Police on Wednesday, said that they have registered an FIR against miscreants for allegedly attacking the parked Delhi Capitals team bus. So far, the Colaba Police has detained four people, including Maharashtra Navnirman Sena's transport wing vice president Prashant Gandhi.
Search for once more accused is underway. Delhi Capitals players are arriving in Mumbai to begin their preparations for the upcoming IPL 2022, starting March 26. Delhi Capitals are being led by Rishabh Pant. The team's opening game will be held against five-time IPL champions Mumbai Indians on March 27 at Brabourne Stadium.
Notably, Delhi Capitals had unveiled their new jersey for the IPL 2022 last week. Delhi took to social media to share a glimpse of their new jersey, which is a good upgrade from their kit from the previous season.
Delhi shared video of the unveiling of their new jersey and had their captain Rishabh Pant, fast bowler Anrich Nortje and newrecruit David Warner pose with the new jersey on Saturday.
