Temple desecrated in Noida, Shivlinga vandalized

The police have registered a complaint by the villagers of the area. The Shiv temple of Baharampur village located in Noida was vandalized. The idol and the Shivlinga were vandalized by some unidentified elements late in the night. The villagers were shocked to see the temple from inside this morning. Police have collected the CCTV footage and are scanning all footage thoroughly.

Noida, Mar 22: In a Noida village, vandalism inside a temple by anti-social elements has come forward, where traces of blood have also been found inside the temple. The villagers showed their rage about the incident. The incident took place in Noida’s Sector 63 area.

The police have registered a complaint by the villagers of the area. The Shiv temple of Baharampur village located in Noida was vandalized. The idol and the Shivlinga were vandalized by some unidentified elements late in the night. The villagers were shocked to see the temple from inside this morning. The blood marks found inside the temple were also collected by the forensic team. “On being informed about the damage to the idol in village Bahalolpur temple, police officers, I along with police force, forensic team and dog squad reached the spot and investigated, then an idol was found in a damaged condition. Peace and order is maintained at the spot.” Central Noida DCP tweeted a video about the matter.
 
 
Police have also said that the blood found within the temple seems to be of a human, (Police is yet to perform forensic tests on it) which was possibly spilled during an attempt to break glass. Police have also clarified that meat thrown at the temple hasn't been proved yet. Temple’s priest has said in his statement that he went to sleep at night and saw temple desecrated as he returned to the temple today morning.
