Islamabad, May 4: Pakistan's Army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa celebrated Eid ul Fitr with troops at the Line of Control (LoC). Notably, this is the third visit of the Pakistan Army Chief to LoC in the past week.

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) of Pakistan spent the day with troops at Dungi, Kotli along the LoC. He offered Eid prayers with army personnel at the LoC and did special prayers for the security, peace, and stability of Pakistan.
 
 
Last week, Gen Bajwa visited the front-line troops deployed in the Padhar sector, where he was briefed about the latest situation on the LoC and the operational readiness of the formation. The COAS interacted with officers and men and had Iftar with them.
 
On other hand, Armies of India and Pakistan held a customary exchange of sweets in Teetwal and Uri sectors of the LoC in J&K on Eid-ul-Fitr. The two armies exchanged sweets at Teetwal crossing on Kishanganga river in Tangdhar in Kupwara district and at Kaman Post (Aman Setu), Uri in Baramulla district.
