Bhagwat describes Baba Yogendra as role model of ideal pracharak

 

 

New Delhi, Jun 20: Describing Sanskar Bharati founder and senior RSS Pracharak Baba Yogendra as the "role model of RSS Pracharak", Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohanrao Bhagwat siad that it was most unlikely to have another such role model in future.

 

He was speaking at the condolence meeting to morun the loss of Baba Yogendra who breathed his last at the ripe age of 98 at Lucknow a couple of days ago. The meeting was held at Satya Sai International Centre here.

Paying rich tributes to Baba Yogendra, Bhagwat said that his life was before us like an open book and we need to draw inspiration from that to continue his tradition further. To establish the expression of 'Satyam-Shivam-Sundaram' in the world of arts and culture will be the proper tributes to the departed soul, he said. This alone will make him immortal.

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his written condolence message said that Baba Yogendra's demise was a great loss not only for Sanskar Bharati but also for the world of arts and culture.

 

The condolence meeting was attended by Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Rajya Sabha MP and dancesus Sonal Mansingh among others.

 

Sonal Mansingh in her condolence message said that Baba Yogendra who founded Sanskar Bharati was in reality an artist par excellence and guided all the artists to bring out the best in them. He would always incourage them and inspire them for doing better. She said that following his principles and ideals Sanskar Bharati can carve out a niche for itself in the society.

 

General Secretary of Deen Dayal Research Institute (DRI) Atul Jain reiterated the resolve to complete his pending works of organizing workshops for artists at Chitrakoot. He said that Baba Yogendra would always give credit to RSS Pracharak and founder of DRI Nanaji Deshmukh for honnig his skills, personality as a Sangh Pracharak.

National joint organizing secretary of Sanskar Bharati Krishnamurty described Baba Yogendra as 'Sanchar and Sampark Tapaswi'. He said Baba Yogendra possessed a wonderful skill of contacting thousands of activists and treat them with equality and establish a heart-to-heart dialogue with them. He dedicated his entire life and everything in the service of Mother Bharat, Krishnamurthy said.

 

National President of Sanskar Bharati Vasudev Kamat said that he would make it a point to contact the emerging and young artists and described him as "Kalarishi". He would spend each moment of his life in searching artists and connecting them with Sanskar Bharati, he added.
