Sharad Pawar vs Eknath Shinde - A Tale of Two Political Approaches

A week can be long enough to change the dynamics in politics drastically, for e.g. the current Maharashtra political crisis. As everybody knows, the major contribution is of Shiv Sena lawmaker and long-time Thackeray family loyalist Eknath Shinde. But, why this sudden change?
Shiv Sena chief and current CM of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray has proven again and again that he has no understanding of the ideology of Shri Balasaheb Thackeray. Firstly, he joined hands with NCP and Congress just to gain political power and then Balasaheb's ideology i.e. Hindutva. He is just the biological inheritance and not the ideological inheritance. He lacks both interest and intelligence in politics. He is enjoying his father's built political party with the least ability to govern administration.
Witnessing all this mess that is being created in Maharashtra politics, Uddhav is not made for politics as he listens to trust people who belong to opposite ideologies of Balasaheb and far too less with doubts to his own people of Balasaheb ideology. So, logically, he has disowned the ideology of his father Balasaheb. Though Balasaheb is no more, his mentorship remains.

The minimum courtesy which has to be extended to listen and be accessible to his own people is not there. It shows his complete lack of organization skills and leadership skills.
As Benjamin Franklin said, "It is difficult of an empty sack to stand upright".
Uddhav Thackeray had stopped his own MLAs from going to Ayodhya but Aditya Thackeray visited the city. It shows his zero commitment to the Hindutva ideology and lack of political understanding of his own voter base support and their feelings. So, what is the point of cutting the roots and watering the roots?
Secondly, he has lost his own internal compass which can direct him to the correct path. The compass shown to him by Sharad Pawar is for the benefit of his own party and has no concerns for Shiv Sena or Uddhav Thackeray. The love and respect of Sharad Pawar towards Shiv Sena or Uddhav are for the influence it can cast on him and it is not personal. The respect is for political selfish reasons and has no public welfare at heart and nor for the voter base of Shiv Sena.
Balasaheb was an absolutely great inspirational leader of the 21 st century, his base came from his own independent concepts. Legendary courage was his ingrained character. His concept was his own and he believed it and acted upon it. There was intelligent consistency and meaningful honesty in his life. This made him a leader of the masses. He cared and that is why he communicated. He did not compromise and that is why he gained trust. Hence under his leadership, Eknath Shinde and all those can claim to be his true legacy.
Apart from this, Sharad Pawar is a politician professional. He will see what is the best opportunity and according to his ideology would follow. He can move to be most rational to most irrational as events would unfold in the future. He is extremely sharp and would move much ahead of others, his understanding of politics is one of the best and all of his team is of a similar mindset but is limited to his benefits and his political party.
It is pertinent to mention that Eknath Shinde's courage, clarity, leadership, patience, and communication are commendable.
I am certain that he has the foresight and the political acumen to strike when necessary. To me, he has every right to claim the ideological inheritance of Balasaheb. He has the qualities and he owes all his guidance to his mentor - Balasaeb. And he has not changed his mentor .he is the finest hardcore product of the training and love of Balasaheb and to my understanding that is his life.
The day when the MVA government was formed I felt that Hindutva had lost. I have only one perspective on Hindutva of politics. The day Eknath Shinde wished the stopping of this hypocritic approach of Uddhav Thackeray, I was happy .that again the Hindutva would rule the politics of this prosperous state of India. The earlier it happens, the better for the state and nation.
It is of utmost necessity for these multiple times terror attacked city of the financial capital of India to be governed with security consideration. That sensitivity is the essence of governance. that can be better provided with the ideology of nation first mindset and that is proven not to be of the present MVA govt.
