After 8-year-old, another Hindu girl gang-raped for 2 days on pretext of providing food in flood-hit Pakistan

Islamabad, Sept 2: In yet another horrifying incident in Pakistan, a Hindu girl was gang-raped for almost days in a flood-hit area of Sindh, Pakistan, on the pretext of providing food amid floods in Pakistan. The took place in Shahdadpur, Sanghar district of Sindh province.

 

The video of her is going viral. She claimed that she was promised rations by autorickshaw driver Khaled, but he instead took her and raped her. She was kept drugged for 2 days and also raped by another man Dilsher. Both accused Muslim men are from the Macchi caste, she informed.

 

 

The minorities in Pakistan are facing severe indiscrimination and are being assaulted. Earlier, an eight-year-old Hindu girl was brutally gang-raped in Umarkot region of Sindh province, her eyes gouged out after that. The minor was brutalised on Sunday. The suspects had scratched her entire face.

 

 

The incident came to light after a Hindu rights activist in Pakistan tweeted a video clip in which the victim can be seen on a stretcher while her parents were taking her inside a hospital compound. The victim’s mother told news media that the victim had gone to a local shop, but did not return. In the video, the woman can be seen talking in her native language.

 

She was recovered by Umarkot police hours after her disappearance. The cops took her to civil hospital in the region and have lodged a probe in the matter. The accused are currently on the run, police making efforts to arrest them, said reports.
