It was Hakenkreuz, not Swastika: UK-based leftist media The Guardian gets schooled for publishing misleading headlines

Did UK-based leftist media The Guardian instead of writing Hakenkreuz report it as Swastika purposely? Was it propagating the agenda? An Anti-Hindu Agenda?

"Gunman with a swastika on T-shirt kills 15 at Russian school" was the headline of news published by UK-based leftist media "The Guardian" that resulted in misleading the public. It is because the gunman had the German's Hakenkreuz.

In the report, it said, "A gunman with a swastika on his T-shirt has killed 15 people, including 11 children, and wounded 24 at a school in Russia, investigators have said." It should be noted that the report also mentioned the links with Nazi ideology.

It should be clear for the reporters then it was not Swastika and it was the Hakenkreuz. A basic quality for journalist to cross-check before publishing it. "Checks are being made into his adherence to neo-fascist views and Nazi ideology," it said. However, it still went to report, "He was dressed all in black, with a red swastika in a circle drawn on his T-shirt." Was it done purposely?

Soon after this, several media outlets followed the same headlines including NBC, Reuters, The Times, etc. It is bizarre if media outlets though have popularity are busy misleading the public with such an agenda.

However, the Indian netizens were quick to notice such a ridiculous mistake. Abhishek Sanghvi, said, "Not Swastika, the German Hakenkreuz. Guardian journalists should do some reading before printing misleading headlines."

Another netizen said, "Hello j!hadis of @guardian, that's called HAKENKREUZ but not Swastika. Won't ask you to Google the difference bcz I'm sure it's intentional..."
Interestingly, a netizen raises concern that media like The Guardian is making mistakes like this. It seems like it was done purposely.
The netizens also went on to state the difference between Swastika and HAKENKREUZ.
