2. Eat every two hours: I know this may seem like we are ruining the entire purpose of the fast. However, I feel If you want to avoid acidity and perform all the rituals with good energy, you need that fuel in your body. Hence have small portions every two hours. You can eat a handful of dry fruits, one small portion of fruits, Liquid and fluids, chhas, or Dahi with Pomegranate, you can have these multiple options. Make sure you don’t go against what your body asks for.

3. Stay away from Oily food: I know it is difficult. Especially when you are fasting in Navratri. Fried food is a part of our culture and Fried chips, papads are our go-to snacks when it comes to fasting. However, fasting food is acidic, so if you add ghee fried or oil fried food into it, the acidic content will increase, which will convert into Acidity, Indigestion, Vomits, and whatnot. So try to eat healthy fasting food as much as you can.
