Everyone is talking about Delhi's heinous Kanjhwala Death Case for the past 5 days. And so many new angles are coming in. There are many questions that are unanswered, many points of view that are neglected, and many pieces of evidence yet to be tested. The question is was it just an accident or a murder? Or a conspiracy that we are unaware of? Let’s look at some facts, and try to unfold this story.
- 2 days back a renowned news channel took an interview of the prime witness, victim Anjali’s friend Nidhi. Where she talked about the accused men, that they knew there is a girl stuck under their car, who is helplessly shouting for help. There was no music in the car, so the boys could easily hear the girl’s voice, yet they decide to move the car, and drag her along with it. Which indicates it is not just an accident.
- Another part of this interview is, the prime witness said that the victim was drunk, however, the postmortem report suggests something else, where there was no alcohol found in the victim’s body and there were only food particles. This raises the question that is the prime witness lying?
- Another question is asked by the masses where was this prime witness for 48 hours after the incident? And why she did not inform the police immediately? Even if she says she was scared and felt helpless, she could come out and tell her family, or her family could call the authorities and shared the information that they had, however, she didn’t do any of it. This raises questions and indicates there could be foul play in this entire case.
- People in general asking questions, who is at fault? The girl who went to her duty at midnight and was coming back at odd hours on the 31st night? A girl who accompanied her, and maybe sharing half information? (???), Men who were madly drunk did the accident and after knowing that there is a girl stuck in their car, they still, drove for 13 Km dragging her along with them and eventually killing her brutally. Or the media who is doing a separate trial of this case?
No one, absolutely no one is talking about the accused men, and what they did. Because they are the main culprits. However what exactly happened that night? And who is at fault? Was it an accident, a conspiracy, or a murder we don’t know and only a correct investigation can solve all these puzzles?
Many CCTV footages need to be checked, and results after interrogation are yet to come out, and what the prime witness is telling true or a lie we need to find out, till then Anjali will not rest in peace, and is for sure.
