In the Poonch region of Jammu and Kashmir's Degwar Maldiyalan district, people were horrified to see three frightening posters fastened to the walls of houses.
These Urdu-language posters contained a strong message, urging Hindus and Sikhs to leave the region immediately, emphasizing that failing to do so would result in dire repercussions.
"All Hindus and Sikhs should leave this area as soon as possible," stated the threatening statement.Otherwise, you'll have to pay a high price."The settlement is close to the Line of Control (LoC), a sensitive border sector in the area.
The first poster was discovered on the lawn of an advocate named Mahinder Piyasa, the second on the property of a resident named Kishore Kumar, and the third on the lawn of a homeowner named Sujan Singh.
Sub-divisional Police Officer Deepak Pathania of Poonch Police Station, along with a team of security officers, rushed to the spot after getting complaints about the posters. They confiscated the posters in the presence of Sarpanch Parvinder Singh.
This terrifying occurrence shows the tensions and security issues that certain communities living in sensitive border regions confront, and officials are working hard to resolve the situation in order to secure people' safety.
