Addressing a press conference, Tauqeer Raza launched a blistering attack on the BJP-led government at the Centre, particularly targeting Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for the Haldwani violence over the demolition drive. Accusing CM Dhami of the turmoil in Haldwani, Raza demanded his immediate arrest.

Maulana Tauqeer Raza said that they would kill anyone who attempted to harm them since it was their constitutional right to do so.

Raza claimed that the youth were seething with anger, ready to confront the government if necessary. "We have kept the youth under control for a long time now. But if things go out of hand, it will be very tough for the govt if our youth go out of control. There is lava burning inside and there could be a massive blast. But I have my people under control to not disturb the peace. the government should support us in this but if the government wants riots, we are ready. We are neither scared of police lathis nor bullets," Maulana Tauqeer Raza

Targeting the Centre, Raza urged for a cessation of bulldozer operations, calling for intervention from the Supreme Court.

Making derogatory remarks against Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, "Dhami has gone mad. While Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he plotted the Godhra Massacre, made Muslims villains, and became Prime Minister. Now, this small Mendaki (frogs) (referring to Dhami) wants to do the same. If we will torture Muslims, we will also become Prime Minister. So we will not tolerate this bulldozer action. We could control our youth as much as we can but now we can't," he added.

He also accused organisations like VHP and Bajrang Dal of exploiting their proximity to the government and lamented the lack of control over them.
