IND vs ENG 2nd Test: Though England produced a stiff fight in the chase, India managed to levelle the series with a 106-run win in the second Test at Visakhapatnam on Monday.
Having four wickets in hand, England started the second session at 194/6, with skipper Ben Stokes joined by wicketkeeper-batter Ben Foakes. A boundary by Foakes to Bumrah helped England reach the 200-run mark in 46.1 overs. However, England lost momentum before they could have a big partnership and started losing wickets.

1. A Double Century by Yashasvi Jaiswal
Yashasvi Jaiswal's double century, during the first innings brought a certain kind of stability with frequent dismissals of Indian batsmen on the other end. The 22-year-old smashed 209 runs off 290 balls (4x19, 6x7) putting pressure on the English team.
2. Dangerous Spell by Bumrah
Jasprit Bumrah finished the Visakhapatnam Test against England with nine wickets - 6 for 45 and 3 for 46 - to help India draw level at 1-1 in the series. The highlight of his performance was the yorker that swung into Ollie Pope and uprooted his middle and leg stumps in the first innings. It was THE HIGHLIGHT of the match and Ollie Pope might remember for a long time.
3. A Much Needed Century by Shubman Gill
Amid the constant struggle with himself and criticism going around him, Shubman Gill found his form with a century as it helped India to set England a record victory target of 399. Gill, scoring his third Test ton and first in 12 innings since March 2023, rescued India from 122-4 with two crucial stands, including an 89-run partnership with Axar Patel. He batted fluently with flicks and drives until he was caught behind attempting a reverse sweep off debutant spinner Shoaib Bashir.
4. Game-Changing Bowling by Kuldeep Yadav and R Ashwin
While Kuldeep Yadav had breakthroughs in the first innings, it was R Ashwin who shone in the second innings. Yadav picked up wickets of Ben Duckett, Ben Foakes and Rehan Ahmed. On the other hand, Ashwin dismissed Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, and Joe Root.
5. A Run Out & Successful Review
Shreyas Iyer brought out the 'finger celebration' after a significant run-out of the England captain Ben Stokes. India got the big wicket of Ben Stokes due to the sharp effort from Shreyas Iyer. Besides, India claimed a crucial breakthrough right before Lunch in the form of Zak Crawley's wicket. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav persuaded skipper Rohit Sharma to take the review after trapping the batter LBW in the 42nd over of the innings. And it was OUT!
