"Jai Shri Ram" echoed in UN assembly: India's Rohini Ghavari stuns world with her speech highlighting Ayodhya Ram Mandir

Rohini Ghavari, the daughter of a sanitation worker from India's Indore city, who is doing her PhD in Switzerland on a government scholarship, spoke at the United Nations where she highlighted how the newly inaugurated Ram temple in Ayodhya has bridged India’s faith, heritage and harmony.

"Jai Shri Ram Mr. President from Bharat. Today I want to highlight how the Ram Mandir bridges faith heritage and harmony. 22nd January 2024 marks a historic day in Indian history. India has always been Vishwa Guru in the spare of spirituality and with achieved huge milestones in various domains such as space and technology. We have become the best example of great balance between development and spirituality."

"Mr President in my last intervention during the 54th HRCI spoke about the strength of the Indian Constitution now it is proven by the Indian judiciary and its strength by amicably solving a decade-long dispute on Ram Janmabhoomi without creating any disharmony between communities. The verdict is welcomed by all sections of Indian society. I proudly say that I come from the Valmiki community our Bhagwan Valmiki introduces Shri Ram to the entire world through the timeless epic Ramayana.," she asserted.

During her address, she said, “Apart from historical and cultural significance, Ayodhya Ram Mandir also holds great economic significance. It contributes to the economic development by creating jobs and growth for the nation. Ayodhya Ram Mandir is not just a temple, it is a great example of new India having both ancient and modern values".

Though she was trolled on Twitter, she tweeted the video of her speech saying "Jai Shri Ram greetings to all Ram devotees from #Unitednations 🙏🏻 With the aim of increasing mutual brotherhood in our country and on Pakistan speaking negatively on Ram Mandir in UN, listen to my answer!"
