#ArrestElvishYadav has started trending on social media, after the Sagar Thakur, a YouTuber who goes by the name "Maxtern", alleged that he was "brutally attacked" by Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav.
 
Thakur, a resident of Delhi, posted a video message on his official X account and claimed that Elvish Yadav punched him in the face and also tried to "break his spine" during their late-night meeting in Gurugram.

"He also openly issued death threats to me,"Thakur, who said he recorded the whole incident on camera, alleged.

In the video, Elvish Yadav, accompanied by his aides, was seen approaching Maxtern before starting to beat him up relentlessly at a garments shop. Some can be seen trying to break up the fight.

The viral video showed BB OTT 2 winner enter the scene with rage as he slaps Sagar. As the video showed the chaos that unfolded, Sagar later issued a statement.
In a recent video statement issued by Maxtern on his X, he not only talks about the whole incident but also reveals how the charges he made against Elvish have been changed by the Haryana police.
Following the complaint, a case has been registered against Mr Yadav and others under sections 147 (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC at Sector 53 Police Station on Friday evening, the police said.Netizens demand Elvish Yadav's arrest
In fact, netizens have expressed their anger over Elvish Yadav's actions against Maxtern. They have demanded strict action against him. Some social media users have also asked the Delhi Police to arrest him immediately. The cops have initiated the investigation, and fans are curious to know what will happen next
Reportedly, the fight between Elvish Yadav and Maxtern started after the latter commented on YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2’s meeting with Munawar Faruqui.
Meanwhile, this comes months after an FIR was filed against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner after his name came up in a rave party where snakes and venom were allegedly found. Politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused the YouTuber of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Elvish was also questioned on November 7, 2023, in connection to the case. However, he later issued a video statement and claimed that all allegations against him were baseless and devoid of proof.
