According to the allegations, Aman, 24, and his elder brother Arbaz, 30, gang-raped the minor and used threats and intimidation to silence her.
The survivor has alleged that she was persuaded to enter a relationship through repeated assurances and references to interfaith marriages involving Bollywood personalities. The accused used these examples to convince her that their relationship would be accepted.
The allegations further state that the girl was threatened with serious consequences if she disclosed the incidents. She was told that Aman would be released from jail and kill her mother and brother.
Nalasopara has witnessed another disturbing case
The latest allegations have brought renewed attention to an earlier disturbing case reported from Nalasopara.
As per the reports, a 22-year-old gym trainer was accused of raping a woman on the pretext of marriage. The complainant had alleged that the accused's mobile phone contained obscene videos of more than 80 women, which were allegedly sold on pornographic websites.
According to the report, a 23-year-old woman approached Nalasopara police, alleging that the gym trainer had repeatedly raped her in 2025 on the pretext of marriage. She also accused him and his mother, Ruksana, of pressuring her to convert and assaulting her. His cousin, Sohail Shaikh, was separately accused of attempting to sexually assault her.
The complainant further alleged that the accused lured several women into relationships, recorded objectionable videos and sold the footage on pornographic websites.
Police registered a case against the gym trainer, his mother and his cousin for alleged offences, including rape, wrongful confinement and assault. Investigators sent the accused's mobile phone for forensic examination to verify the allegations.
BJP leader Kirit Somaiya, who visited the police station, demanded a thorough investigation and said that two dozen videos had been submitted to the police as evidence.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone III) Shashikant Borade said that a detailed investigation was underway.
The repeated cases emerging from Maharashtra, particularly Nalasopara, raise serious concerns about the targeting, sexual exploitation, blackmail and intimidation of Hindu women and minor girls. The allegations of using emotional manipulation, false promises of marriage and threats against family members make these cases particularly disturbing. Such incidents demand more than routine police action.
