This comes two days after the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Bihar

Investigators reported having recovered significant digital evidence from the accused's mobile phone, including images and videos of sensitive and strategically important locations across India. According to the ATS, Mustafa filmed restricted areas and transmitted their precise geographical coordinates to his Pakistani handlers through social media platforms and encrypted messaging applications.
