"29/05/2026, at approximately 3:00 PM, my mother, my brother, and I, all family members, were present at our residence after completing our daily household chores. At that time, my father had gone outside the house for some work. Meanwhile, Pappu Sheikh, who lives near our house, and his friend Baitulla Khan came in front of our house. Since there has been an ongoing dispute between us regarding the ownership and use of the space near our house, driven by anger over that dispute, they forcibly entered our house, touched my chest, outraged my modesty, threatened to rape me, and threatened to kidnap me," the complaint read.
