'I don't like Bharat; it's gutter,' says queer CJP protestor Ujjwal Singh after yelling 'Mera Gender Meri Marzi' slogans at 'students protest'

Singh, in the video, further indicated that India is a failed country and that there exists no proper education system here. He also blatantly added that India has become like a gutter and that only cockroaches are born in the gutter.

Ujjwal Singh, a prominent queer face who could be seen protesting in the so-called 'students' protest against Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, said that he doesn't like Bharat and that he would leave the country the day he earns a lot of money. Singh was seen making these anti-national statements in an exclusive interview with FilmiBeat.

Singh, in the video, further indicated that India is a failed country and that there exists no proper education system here. He also blatantly added that India has become like a gutter and that only cockroaches are born in the gutter.

"There is no proper education system in India. People here also have no good jobs. They are struggling due to unemployment. I myself am saying that I don't like Bharat. The government cannot digest the fact that some youngster has gathered so many youths today. I was asked whether I have come from home or the gutter. Let me tell you, Bharat has become a gutter, and only cockroaches are born from gutters. I will leave the country once I earn a lot of money," he was quoted as saying.

The statement sparked massive outrage on social media. One of the users said, "These so called protestor are spilling their reality. This is not just a protest for them; they are taking this as an opportunity."

Another user said, "So India was always used by instigators to earn money. For their own benefit. Not for a social cause." "He/She can move to Afghanistan. I don't see a prospective employer hiring him/her for a regular job," another similar comment read.

It is important to note that in the recent CJP protests that happened in Jantar Mantar, Delhi, saw controversial slogans being raised by the LGBTQ+ community like 'Mera Li*g, Meri Marzi ', with mass movement founder Abhijeet Dipke sharing the stage. The videos of the said slogans are making rounds on social media.

Also, during the CJP protest on June 6, which happened at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, the separatist war cry 'Azadi' was raised by the 'student protesters'. The "Azadi" cry has a clear documented genealogy, from Pakistan-backed separatism in 1989-90, amplified by Benazir Bhutto during the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits, institutionalised as a separatist war cry in the Valley, and then transplanted into Indian university campuses, first at JNU in 2016, then more widely during anti-CAA protests in 2019-20.

Notably, the recent comments by one of the star campaigners of the so-called CJP protest are raising concerns, further degrading the so-called purpose behind the 'students' protest' launched by alleged separatist sympathizer Abhijeet Dipke.
