On Thursday, July 23, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke blamed the BJP for allegedly inciting violence in the ongoing CJP 'peaceful' protest at the Jantar Mantar ground, New Delhi. "People are being sent from outside to deliberately disrupt the protest. We have been sitting here for a month. No such incident has happened in a month. But now, as this protest has grown, goons are being sent from outside by the BJP to deliberately incite people," he said.
He further admitted that the CJP protesters pelted stones at the Delhi Police, but blamed the BJP for allegedly disguising themselves as 'students' and pelting stones to create chaos at the protest site. "These are the people from the BJP who are pelting stones. The police bring trucks of stones here. BJP goons come, they pelt stones and then defame the people of CJP," he said.
Earlier, on 21st July, the Delhi Police
registered an FIR against unidentified persons in connection with the violence, stone-pelting and vandalism reported during the "Sansad Chalo" protest near Regal Cinema in Connaught Place.
Several 'student protesters' could be seen pelting stones at the Delhi police and RAF officers, injuring more than 118 officers. Several protesters also gheraoed the RAF officers and brutally assaulted them.
This is after CJP protest leader and party founder Abhijeet Dipke
accused the Delhi Police of planning to orchestrate alleged stone-pelting at Jantar Mantar, Delhi, and blame it on the 'peaceful' CJP protesters. On July 20, he shared two videos of trucks filled with stones and claimed that the police were trying to trap the CJP protesters by orchestrating stone-pelting on the peaceful CJP protesters.
"A truck loaded with stones has been parked at Jantar Mantar. What are the police authorities up to? Are they orchestrating stone-pelting on the peaceful CJP protesters?" he said, posting two videos on social media. "We have received input that the authorities are planning something heinous where they will allow goons to disrupt the protest and then blame it on the peaceful CJP protesters," he accused the police, playing victim to the legal actions.
Also, when the Delhi Police took Sonam Wangchuk to the hospital given his deteriorating health conditions amid the CJP protest, Dipke
blamed the RSS for the move. He said that the police were not the police actually, but were RSS goons.

"When I stepped out from here at 7 a.m. to freshen up, the police goons arrived there. They dragged Sonam Sar away while hurling abuses at her. A 60-year-old man, who had been on a hunger strike for 20 days, was forcibly dragged away from here by the Delhi Police. We don't know where they have taken him. As soon as I got the news, I was on my way to Jantar Mantar, and the police beat me up too... These are not the police; they are RSS goons. I had returned to my country from abroad; am I some criminal? These people beat me on the streets," he was quoted as saying.
As
