Chennai, November 4: While heavy rain has totally disrupted normal life in Chennai, the forecast says Tamil Nadu and Puducherry are set to receive more rain in the next twenty-four hours. As per local reports, more than 10,000 people are strayed and taking shelters in various relief camps. Schools in Chennai and Kancheepuram districts are advised to remain shut.
