Railways reserves more unreserved coaches in train

New Delhi, December 30: Now long distance travelling will be comfortable and feasible for the passengers. To cater the needs of the passengers the officials have decided to increase the number of unreserved coaches in trains. It’s like a boon for people because it will reduce the unwanted rush in railways.


 

It is been taken into consideration that the fully reserved trains like the Rajdhani Express, Shatabdi will now have at least six general coaches. The Rail budget of 2016-2017 had announced the arrival of Antyodaya Express which is a long distance train to be completely unreserved and superfast train. Earlier 11 pairs of Antyodaya trains were set to commence in this year out of which 4 have already been introduced. Also according to the rail budget, two to four coaches were been attached to the Deen Dayalu coaches for some long distance trains to carry the masses during travel.

Along with this the Indian Railways have also produced 137 General Class coaches in the existing passenger and Express trains. The passenger coaches of the railway have been revamped by the Indian Railways for their safety. It has been noted that the coaches will have a new and advanced look which would be see from April, 2018.
