Gurugam, September 15: Haryana, the state which is highly concentrating on digital transformation through digital inclusion has come up with India’s first Cyber security policy. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad after launching it congratulated Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. On Friday, Haryana CM and Ravi Shankar Prasad inaugurated Haryana Digital Summit 2017.
During the inaugural session, CM Khattar said the main purpose is to digitally empower Haryana & make it a knowledge based economy. In the platform, a new mobile app called 'HARPATH' has been introduced for sending road related complaints directly to Government.
Along with that issues from various ranges have been addressed in the sessions. Ravi Shankar Prasad assuring Aadhar’s safety told Aadhaar is a digital identity not a physical identity. Digital identity confirms physical identity.
