Karnataka’s Hassan introduces new technology for waste management

Hassan, February 14: In order to overcome the problem of waste management, Karnataka's Hassan has come up with an idea to resolve the long pending issue of sewage treatment The district administration has developed an automatic sewage tank which will take care of all waste and sewage generated from the entire district.

Speaking to the media, District collector Rohini Sindhuri said that District administration was facing problems in managing near about 8 lakh liters wastage generated from towns & panchayats. She opined that new automatic sewage processing technology will efficiently manage the waste and sewage generated from the district.
