China’s Tang Media Partners strikes deal with Reliance Entertainment

Mumbai, April 10: After the phenomenal performance of Indian flicks in the Chinese market, China 's leading production house Tang Media Partners has joined hands with India’s prestigious Reliance Entertainment to import Indian movies into China. According to media reports, both production firms will be launching a joint production in order to enhance the experience of storytelling. Under this collaboration, many Chines films will be introduced in Indian Market.

Aamir Khan-starring “Dangal”, Salman Khan’s “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” and Secret Superstar,” have already marked its presence on the Chinese box office. The highly anticipated Baahubali: The Conclusion is expected to redefine the international trade. The magnum opus is likely to hit the screens in April or May.

In 2015, the first part “Baahubali: The Beginning” had managed $1.12 million of its worldwide $123 million total in China as reported by Variety. The second installment of the period drama will be presented by E-Stars Media which managed the exhibition of the first part. If reports are to be believed, the makers have completed the censor process and soon release dates will be announced by the stakeholder.
