Raipur, April 2: In a huge success, Security forces has arrested at least twelve Maoists, who were involved in the Kistaram mine protected vehicle attack by Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Special Task Force (STF) in Chhattisgarh's Sukma.
They have been identified as Madkam Joga, Madwi Hunga, Komram Ramu, Podiam Nanda, Madwi Dula, Madwi Singa, Madkam Nanda, Podiam Pandu, Sodi Deva, Madkam Joga, Madwi Joga, Madkam Hidma.
“All of them were the Jan Militia members in south Sukma,” the statement said.
On March 13, nine CRPF personnel were killed and two others injured after Maoists triggered a powerful landmine blast blowing up their MPV between Kistaram and Palodi paramilitary camps in Sukma.
The personnel belonging to the 212 Battalion were killed in the IED blast while they were conducting an area-domination operation in the Kistaram area in a mine-protected vehicle.
