New Delhi, May 3: Films work only because of three reasons; ‘Entertainment’ ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Entertainment’. Not really because it also encompasses talent, confidence and endowment. The 65th National Film Awards honour the efforts taken by artists to create an industry that gives the viewers a reflection of reality, a mirror of the society.
Conferring the award by President Ram Nath Kovind, the 65th National Film Awards ceremony is taking place at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. Amid the session, some of the awards were distributed by Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani and Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore

The prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award has been conferred to veteran actor Vinod Khnna.
The award for Best Music Award goes without saying; it goes to musical maestro A R Rahman,
The film which glued entire country with its wholesome entertainment was none other than Bahubali- The Conclusion. Honoring the movie, the movie is been awarded with Best popular film providing wholesome entertainment.
