Raipur, June 11: BJP President Amit Shah attacked Rahul Gandhi by calling him as ‘Babua’ on Sunday for the poor record of 55 years of Congress rule. He set the goal of winning 65 seats in the upcoming Chhattisgarh assembly elections. In the last four years, Shah questioned Congress President Rahul Gandhi on demanding 'Account Book' of the work done by the BJP-led government of the Center in Chhattisgarh.

He said in the rally that Raman Singh's government will remain in power in Chhattisgarh and the BJP will win 65 seats in the state of 65. The BJP has been in power for nearly 15 years in the state. Shah said, Rahul, why are you asking us for our four years? We do not need to show you our accounts book. When we go to people seeking votes, then we will show an account for each item and one penny.

He said, your family ruled for four generations and 55 years in the country. Why can’t we see any development? He said that the Modi government brought a new scheme every 15 days for the poor, the farmers and the oppressed people. He said that before seeking the accountability of the BJP's development work, Rahul should peep inside himself.

The BJP president said in the rally that when the summer starts, he (Rahul) goes to Europe and Italy to celebrate Holidays. When Rahul comes here to ask for votes, will not you ask him about his party's poor record? Shah said that during Congress rule, there was a firing every second day from across the border but no retrograde reply was given. He said that after the Modi government came to power in 2014, it changed.

Amit Shah said that the system of reservation in SC / ST Act and jobs will be implemented till his party-led government is in power. Shah said that the election season will start soon and the Congress will use this opportunity to spread lies about the Narendra Modi government.

He said that the main Opposition party would mislead the people by saying that the NDA Government will end the reservation in jobs and educational institutions for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and the deprived sections of society. Shah said, I want to say clearly that the SC / ST act and reservation will continue till the BJP government will be in power.

Amongst the performances of drums and public performers, BJP President Amit Shah conducted roadshows on Sunday in Ambikapur city of Chhattisgarh. Before the assembly elections to be held later this year in the state, the BJP President had come here under Vikas Yatra campaign by Chief Minister Raman Singh.

The roadshow was five kilometers long. Shah's convoy fixed this distance in about 45 minutes. Road shows ended at P G college ground, where Shah addressed the public meeting.
