Mumbai Aug 20: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has directed officials and stakeholders of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) to clear the pending issue related to the PatteWatap (ownership rights).
Chairing a review meeting of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority here, Fadnavis asked officials to create a separate mechanism to address issues related to ownership rights

The Chief Minister directed NMRDA to prepare a framework for regularisation for lands under the Gunthewari Act. The Chief Minister also took the stock of ongoing developmental projects, infrastructure facilities in the orange city.
On this occasion, Nagpur Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Mayor Nanda Jichkar, MLAs from Nagpur region and other official were present.
