Toronto, Jan 1: Veteran Actor Kader Khan passed away at the age of 81 due to prolonged illness. This news confirmed by his son, Sarfaraz Khan.
Kader Khan was admitted in Canada, all his last rites will be conducted in the country.
Sarfaraz Khan said, “My Dad has left us. He passed away on December 31, at 6 pm on the Canadian time due to prolonged illness”
Further, he said, “We are thankful to everyone for their blessings and prayers”.
Kader Khan is an actor and writer, on his peak in 1980-90s, the news of his death comes the day after his son dismissed media reports of his demise.
Khan has developed a breathing problem, so he is on BIPAP ventilator. He was suffering from progressive supranuclear Palsy, which causing loss of balance, difficulty in walking and Dementia.

Born in Kabul, Kader Khan made his acting debut in 1973, in movie “Daag”, and he featured in another 300 movies.
He also wrote dialogues for 250 movies. He wrote the script with Manmohan Desai and Prakash Mehra. He writes dialogues of movies like Dharam Veer, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati, Lawaaris.
