With RSS worker and family brutally killed; Conspicuous silence of ‘seculars’ signify height of illegitimacy

Murshidabad, October 10: Violence, injustice and ferocity can be cited as synonyms for the state of West Bengal. Just when things seemed better, West Bengal bounced back to its gruesome act and sadly this, in a spine-chilling incident stoop down to all horrifying level. In a horrifying incident, a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker’s family in West Bengal’s Murshidabad was brutally slaughtered by unknown miscreants. Demeaning humanity to its core, where have the ‘so-called’ feminists, seculars, liberals, activists hiding? Why are they silent on this ghastly conspicuous Murshidabad massacre?

 

A dastardly attack that took place in Murshidabad, the victims were identified as Bandhu Prakash Pal (35), his wife Beauty Mondal Pal (30) and their six-year-old son Angan Bandhu Pal were hacked to death in their house in Jiaganj area on Tuesday morning. Sadly, the woman was eight-months pregnant. Bandhu Prakash was a school teacher who worked in Gosaigram Sahapara Primary School. He also worked as an insurance agent in the locality.

The neighbours informed the police after they visited Pal’s house when they saw the family dead. However, the police officials have yet to ascertain the reason for the brutal murder of the family.

West Bengal has been core target of violence and heinous activities as political killings and gruesome acts are very vividly witnessed in the state. Interestingly, the feminists and activists who have been very active and vocal on issues like Hindu-Muslims, Jai Shree Ram, Aarey Forest have become silent. The muteness of these people raise questions deliberately on the double whammy nature of these ‘so-called’ liberals.

Commenting on ‘growing intolerance’, ‘Hindu-Muslim’, ‘Jai Shree Ram’, the most recent ‘Aarey Colony’, these liberals have left no stones unturned to divert the attention of the masses from core problems. Now, when a 6-year-old kid has been killed, a father has been murder and his eight months pregnant mother has been brutally killed; where are these seculars and liberals hiding? If you speak about how the country is moving on the wrong track and democracy being at stake; why not comment on this brutality where an innocent family was murdered?

The issue with the society is that some section which calls itself ‘liberal’ ‘secular’ have been manipulated and bribed to perform such acts. This section however is unaware of the reality and speak on topics which they are partially aware of. While you talk about democracy, this brutal killing is also a part of it and its high time this violent act in West Bengal comes to an end.
