Ranchi, October 22: Jharkhand is on the mode of development as on the initiative of Chief Minister Raghubar Das, the Union Ministry of Heavy Industries has approved the grant of 306.86 acres of land in the Echeli campus. In this 107.28 acres of land will be given free of cost for the Pradhan Mantri Urban Housing Scheme and 199.58 acres of land will be given free of cost to the State Government. The Ministry of Heavy Industries has issued orders in this regard. Chief Minister Raghuvar Das thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Heavy Industries Minister Arvind Ganpat Sawant and MoS Arjun Meghwal for this.
The Chief Minister said that a large number of urban class beneficiaries will be given houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana after getting the land. The government of the double engine is synonymous with coordinating the cooperation of the Center and the State. With this step, other developmental works of the government can also be taken off the ground. Significantly, the Chief Minister had appealed to the Central Government for this land in New Delhi during his visit. The Chief Minister also congratulated MR Meena, Local Commissioner of Jharkhand Bhawan New Delhi and KP Balian, AAP Secretary to the Chief Minister for this effort.
