Agartala, February 15: Million hearts weep as the country mourns for the loss of lives of brave soldiers who sacrificed their life in the Pulwama Terror Attack. As a support to the family, several states announced compensation for the families of security forces personnel who were martyred. The Chief Minister of Tripura announced that the state will give ex-gratia of Rs 2 Lakh to the martyrs family.
Announcing to the media, Tripura CM Biplab Deb said that the state has announced to provide Rs 2 lakh as compensation to the families. The whole country stands shoulder strong with the families of martyrs.
Apart from Tripura many other states announced compensation to the families of the brave-hearts and also expressed condolence to their families.
At least 40 CRPF jawans were killed when a suicide bomber drove an explosive-laden vehicle into a bus in Lethpora. The Jaish-e-Mohammed extremist group has claimed responsibility for the attack, which is the second most deadly attack in the history of the paramilitary force.
