Now enhancing this connect, Top actor and politician Rajinikanth's Makkal Mandram (People's Forum) is supplying water free of cost to people of North Chennai reeling under water scarcity in the summer season.
The Mandram is supplying 2 lakh liters of water daily free of cost for the past 15 days.
Rajini, who refused to contest the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, launched the Makkal Mandram last year to direct his fan following into constructive social-political work.

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth also confirmed that he has received an invite to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the Prime Minister’s second term and that soon he would be traveling to New Delhi.
