New Delhi, Jul. 10: After the elections, the Government is working with commitment to people’s mandate. Today the government declared cabinet decisions.
 
 
 
Today in the media briefing, Union Minister Prakash Javekar, Santosh Gangwar, and Narendra Singh Tomar gave information about latest cabinet decisions.
 
 
 
 
Here are the decisions are taken by Union Cabinet-
  • Cabinet approves Inter-State River Water Disputes (Amendment) Bill, 2019 with a view to streamline the adjudication of inter-state river water disputes and make the present institutional architecture robust.
  • Cabinet approves the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Bill, 2019; Bill will help tackle the menace of illicit deposit-taking activities in the country
  • In a major boost to rural connectivity, CCEA approves the launch of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana-lll; 1,25,000 Km Road Length to be consolidated at an estimated cost Rs 80,250 Crore.
  • Cabinet approves Amendment in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012; Death Penalty provisions for Sexual Offences against Children, Fines and Jail term to Curb Child Pornography
