Historic moment! India conquers Physical Disability Cricket World Series 2019

New Delhi, August 14: Physical disability is a God given thing which is not under anyone’s control. However, ambition, confidence, determination, and honest and tireless efforts can surely make impossible things possible despite disability. Yesterday, India won the Physical Disability World Series 2019 in England after defeating the hosts in the final.

The PD World Series that was going on in Worcester, concluded yesterday, with India becoming the champions after defeating England by 36 runs to lift the trophy. Batting first India posted 180 on the board in the allotted 20 overs. Ravindra Sante scored a quickfire half-century (53 off 34 balls), to take India to a winning total. In response, England could only manage 144, with Indian bowlers putting the brakes on, and producing a brilliant effort with the ball.
This historic and inspiring victory has several times elevated the pride for nation. It has proved that nothing is impossible for Indian talent!
