The content, e - library and online courses available on the platform will be accessible to students living in the remote areas as well , aiming at all inclusive progress.

Yogi Adityanath said during the inauguration of the portal, “In view of future requirements, education should be unified and there should be coordination at all levels so that students have the option to choose their areas of skill".The portal mainly targets students of Engineering background and technical knowledge, which represents majority of the UP youth. According to an official, “The aim of the portal is to ensure uniform quality education to all students. It is a place with a unique network of trainers, faculty and industry. Students once registered will continue to receive life-long benefits and their track records will be digitally stored to help them employment in future".

Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in the country to launch a unified portal along with the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020. The content provided on the portal will be digital assessment, information about online exams, internship, digitalised examination papers, educational webinars, recorded video content and also information regarding employment. Considering the increasing threats of cyber crimes where Indian youth is lured for employment and internships, this initiative of UP government can prove to be essentially beneficial.
