Wayanad, January 28: Empty vessles make aloud sound they say! This fits in right today as Congress's Rahul Gandhi visits his north Kerala parliamentary constituency Wayanad to meet the farmers. This is after the country saw what thappened to the farmer's protest in New Delhi on January 26. The protest was overturned. Some other people in the name sake of farmers climbed up the Red-Fort dome and hoisted a yellow flag that had a Khalistani logo, as widely believed.

Yet, Gandhi has to brainwash the farmers against the government? "Some years ago I noticed there was attempt to attack India's farmers. It started in Bhatta Parsaul when their land was just being taken away. I realised it was a problem and I started a conversation inside Congress party. Result of that was a new Land Acquisition Bill. We threw out the old British Bill and brought out a brand new Bill that guaranteed compensation and protection to our farmers. The first thing Narendra Modi did when he became PM was trying to kill this Bill", he said while addressing the farmers community today.

Showing his real, flagrant side again up, he said that India is being run by the Prime Minister in the interest of 2-3 big businessmen. "Every single industry today has a monopoly controlled by 3-4 people. The truth is that most farmers do not understand the details of the Bill (the three Farm Laws), because if they did, there would be an agitation all across the country. The country would be on fire", he added.

The farmers protest has already created an unwanted havoc and chaos and what is Gandhi trying to do? Ablaze the farmers by saying that they should continue fighting against the government? How more cheap is the Congress party going to act for power? The former Congress president is on a two-day visit to Kerala ahead of the Assembly elections in the state scheduled for April-May. Several other programmes are lined up for the lawmaker, including the inauguration of 12 houses built by INCAS Qatar at Panamaram, Koolivayal. He will be returning to Delhi by a special aircraft late in the evening today.

Earlier, he was on a three-day visit to the western belt in Tamil Nadu where he interacted with farmers, weavers and the general public. During his visit, the MP talked about Congress' alliance with Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) for the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections scheduled to happen in April-May and said that he has full faith in it.
