Jharkhand's BJP Spokesperson said, "Although the state govt had banned public celebrations of Holi, a Congress MLA, who is in the coalition with the govt, celebrates Holi publically in the presence of hundreds of people, where the administration fails to take any action against. This shows the double standards of the state govt."
