UP Police starts track down of AIMIM 'Sar Tan Se Juda' poster!

New Delhi, April 13: The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has sought attention of the UP Police towards vehement misuse of vulnerable children during the mass protest in the state where children were made to raise slogans urging violence.
 
This is after the Legal Rights Observatory and the Kalinga Rights Forum registered complaints to invoke Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 against parents of kids appealing to behead Dasna Devi Hindu Temple priest.

The Kalinga Rights Forum had also written to NCPCR to order a high level enquiry into the role of Mosques in mobilising such violent protests and book Maulavis and Maulanas under rigorous UAPA/NSA Act. "Do not allow such protests in furture", it said in a letter.

The NCPCR noted that children were unlawfully used as pawns for the purpose of raising violent slogans and demonstrating protests at the aid of their parents. "Such act involving young children in illegal activities is not only a blatant violation of child rights but has potential to dignificantly harm the psychology of these children", it added demanding action within 7 days.

Meanwhile, the UP Police is said to have started the track down of AIMIM 'Sar Tan Se Juda' poster of Yati Narsinghanand Sarswati and Wasim Rizvi. The AIMIM in a hoarding at Kanpur had incited beheading of the duo. "We have filed the FIR in this case at Chamanganj under the relevant act", the Police Commissionerate Kanpur tweeted.
