Niti Aayog, signs pact with Dassault Systemes for seeding future innovators and entrepreneurs

New Delhi, April 15: Atal Innovation Mission and NITI Aayog have inked a pact with Dassault Systemes Foundation to jointly work towards providing a digitally rich ecosystem of Innovation among aspiring young minds across the country.

Speaking at the virtual event, AIM mission director R Ramanan said, "We feel privileged to launch the partnership of Atal Innovation Mission with Dassault Systemes Foundation".
 
Dassault Systemes will work with Atal Innovation Mission's Atal Tinkering Labs which has played has played a pivotal role in fostering creativity and imagination amongst school children.

Ramanan further said, “We feel privileged to launch the partnership of Atal Innovation Mission with Dassault Systemes Foundation. Dassault Systems are global leaders in the design and engineering of large-scale mission-critical systems. This would not only enable great interest in scientific research and innovation for our ATL Tinkering Lab students but also stimulate engineering innovation capability making them Future-ready innovators and job creators from India accessing world-class content available through Dassault.”
 
 
 
Dassault Systemes Fondation Chairman Sudarshan Mogasale informed that the foundation will contribute to the Atal Tinkering Labs program in three broad areas - project-based, self-paced learning content, hackathons, and challenges, and inter-country academia collaborations. According to Mogasale Dassault Systemes Foundation is dedicated to transforming the future of education and research in India with 3D technologies.

Under this pact, the Foundation will design and organize innovative challenges, hackathons for Atal Tinkering Labs, promoting problem-solving skills and innovation culture amongst students and teachers. Moreover, the govt and the foundation will jointly encourage inter-country collaborations among school students for collaborative science/technology learning, skilling, and cultural interactions.
