Hilarious scenes of Haryana! Owner receives Rs 90 crores electricity bill for a sht factory

Sirsa, June 19: The COVID-19 has affected everybody's life some or the other way. Some faced health while others faced the negative economic factors. In an update to one such incident, a rice mill in Kalanwali, Sirsa, Haryana has received electricity bill worth over Rs 90 crores despite factory being shut.

 

 

"Normally we receive bill between Rs 5-6 lakhs, but now when factory is shut we've received over Rs 90.137 crores bill,"said Shri Ganesh Rice Industries owner.

 

 

 

However as reported by the Sub Divisional Officer, Ravi Kumar, such a huge amount of bill was generated due to mismatching in the new software. "The bill has been fixed, it will be updated online as well", he said.
