After this, the name was changed to Mohin Sisodia, and the date of birth due to overage was changed on the Aadhaar card. After updating his Aadhaar card, he gave the examination and joined the army. It came to light after a complaint of this forgery was received by the Ministry of Defense. The Army dismissed the accused youth and asked the police to investigate. According to the police authorities of Ajmer district, an order of inquiry was filed on the basis of the letter received from the army.

Reports suggest that Moinuddin's younger brother, Asif, is posted in the Indian Army. He was selected for the army in 2018. Seeing the younger brother, the elder brother Moinuddin also wanted to join the army, but due to being overage, it could not happen. Following this, Moinuddin enrolled in the 9th class as Mohin Sisodia at the Bal Krishna Bharti School in his neighbouring village of Nulu. He was admitted as Mohin Sisodia, with a birth date of November 6, 2001. Following that, he passed 10th from the same school in 2019 and a 12th in 2021.
