Digital India:

In 2015 PM Modi govt launched Digital India mission, after that India`s path towards digital is really laudable. The way in which People adopted digital India is really eye catching! India today is home to more than 75 crore smartphones and has more than 80 crore internet users. Now in India a moving street vegetable vendors have minimum 2 QR Codes for receiving online mode of payment ! . India's digital payment transactions have continued to witness a spike in the past four years. Modes of digital payment, such BHIM-UPI, PPIs, and the NETC system have registered substantial growth and have transformed digital payment ecosystem. The flagship digital payments platform in India, UPI processed 7.3 billion transactions in October 2022. This is a record-high volume since the inception of this platform in 2016. As per the reports if same trends continues for over the next several years, By 2023 more than 50% of India`s payment transactions are digital. This is how India`s path towards Digitalisation growing Day by Day.


PM Jan Aushadi Pariyojana:

By knowing the pulse of people. PM Modi Govt re launched a scheme Jan Aushadi Pariyojana , under this scheme common people get quality medicines in a very reasonable cost. At present there are 8800 plus Jan Aushadi kendras in India and 1759 drugs and 280 surgical items available. Generic medicines available under the PMBJP are priced around 50- 90 percent less than branded medicines, The scheme has drastically brought down medicine prices. For example, anti-diabetic drug glimepiride is priced at Rs 4.02 under the government scheme while it costs Rs 54 in market. During the Last financial year till February 28, 2022, have led to estimated savings of approximately Rs 4,800 crore to the citizens. Isn’t it game changing scheme.?

PM Kisan Samman:

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi program, announced in Dec. 2018 and launched on 24th February 2019, was a tectonic shift in the nature of government support to farmers. This direct benefit transfer scheme was aimed at addressing the liquidity constraints of farmers in meeting their expenses for agricultural inputs and services.PM-Kisan is positioned as an income support to farmers. While the scheme is pitched as a general cash transfer scheme for the farmers, its role in the adoption of modern technologies remains an important contributing factor in modernization of agriculture. The release of benefits for any instalment period under PM KISAN has now crossed 10 crore farmers from 3.16 crore for the first instalment period – more than 3 times increase in over 3 years. PM KISAN through a span of over 3 years has successfully provided assistance of more than Rs. 2 lakh crores to crores of needy farmers. PM KISAN is a major shift in the nature of government support to farmers in India and is one of the finest examples of good governance and use of digital public goods to reach out directly to the citizens.

PM UjjwalaYojana:

The Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana was launched to safeguard the health of women and the household from using of unhealthy fuels by providing them with clean cooking fuel in the form of LPG. Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana was launched on May 1, 2016. The scheme was implemented with a target of providing concessional LPG connections to over \50 million BPL families in three years, with government support of Rs 1,600 per connection. Ujjwala has empowered women and protected them and their families through the use of clean burning fuel. It is also helping prevent a significant number of acute respiratory illnesses caused by indoor air pollution.

PM Jan Dhan Yojana:

Before 2014, millions of people even did not have their own accounts in Banks.! though it is unbelievable, its True. PM Modi announced PM Jan Dhan Yojana on 15th August 2014, A scheme to empower citizens financially was highly needed so that everyone can reap the benefits of growth and development. As on August 31, 2022, PMJDY had 46.46 crore beneficiaries, with a total balance of ₹1,72,507 crore. Of these, 31 crore accounts have been opened in rural- and semi-urban branches, and more than half of the beneficiaries are women at 25.81 crore. 8 years after its launch, the Jan Dhan Yojana still shows strong growth in the addition of new accounts, becoming a game-changer for the poor and women who have been left out of the ambit of the banking system

Har Ghar Jal:

The piped drinking water for all scheme launched in Modi government’s second term on Independence Day in 2019 could be the real game-change, Only 17% of the country’s households, about 3.2 crore, had tap water connections when the scheme began, and this has already risen to By July 21, 2022, 6.57 Crore (34.32%) of rural households were provided with tap water connections in the last 35 months. Within just 3 years, 7 crore rural households have been connected with piped water facility under Jal Jeevan Mission. This is not at all ordinary achievement, In 7 decades of independence, only 3 crore rural households in the country had piped water facility. This Scheme will definitely become milestone achievement of PM Modi govt.
