Spine chilling case of Love Jihad! Muslim man stabs his wife Apoorva 23 times for seeking divorce

The case of the Love Jihad is widely spreading in the country. Marrying innocent Hindu women and then forcing them to convert is happening everywhere in the country.

 

 

In the most recent spine-chilling Love Jihad case, a Muslim man named Mohammad Ijaz brutally stabbed 23 times his wife, Apoorva Puranik, alias Arfa Bano, for seeking a divorce after learning about her husband Ijaz's first marriage.The incident has come to the fore from Karnataka’s Gadag district.

 

Apoorva Puranik, a Brahmin girl, fell in love with Ijaz while pursuing her MBA degree. However, as per Apoorva, in 2018, Ijaz sexually assaulted her, video recorded the act, and blackmailed her for marriage. After the marriage, Ijaz forced her to convert to Islam.

 

Following so much pressure, Apoorva completely abandoned Hindu traditions and converted to Islam, changing her name to Arfa Bano. As if that was not enough, he tortured her and forced her to consume meat. Around six months ago, she found out about Ijaz’s first marriage and the three children.

 

 

 

After learning the truth, Apoorva left Ijaz and shifted to her parent’s residence in Gadag district along with her two-year-old son. She also filed for divorce at a local court. Soon after that, Ijaz began to torture her. Apoorva said Ijaz used to send some vulgar messages in Urdu as she left him.

 

The video of her requesting fellow Hindu women not to make the same mistakes she committed by involving in a relationship with a Muslim man, has gone viral on social media. In the video, she narrated her story and said "It is safe to marry within Hindu dharma as our sanskar (traditions) is different from others. It is difficult to get adjusted to other traditions. If we want to uphold and protect our cultures and traditions, we should marry within our community, and we will also be safe."

 

 

 

On Thursday, she had gone to a public ground with a neighbor to learn to ride a two-wheeler. Ijaz suddenly came there and attacked Apoorva’s head, shoulders and face. Apoorva’s shocked companion ran for help, but by the time more people and police arrived, the attacker had fled leaving Apoorva bloodied and collapsed on the ground. She was rushed to a local hospital in Gadag and is in a critical condition.  Apoorva is currently under treatment at a local hospital in the city
