Kyiv, Mar 3: Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS), a non-profit organization, has come forward to help the stranded Indians in Ukraine. It has been coordinating with Sewa International for humanitarian efforts to support thousands of stranded students of Indian origin and other nationalities along with other families in Ukraine.
HSS had earlier issued a Google form to help Indians living there. By filling them up along with the address, HSS has helped the Indian nationals. A control room has also been set up for cooperation, for which two mobile numbers have been issued.
The Indian nationals have also expressed gratitude towards the organization for helping them out in this crisis.
Apart from this, ISKCON and BAPS have been providing facilities like transportation, food and other basic facilities.
